Dr. Holden spent 4 years n the US Army Infantry where he learned how proper diet and exercise was crucial in staying fit for active duty.
He then attended West Virginia University majoring in Exercise Physiology where he gained important knowledge about sport science, nutrition, and human performance.
Then he attended Sherman College of Chiropractic where he studied analysis of the human spine, adjusting techniques and systems to provide the best care for his patients.
